These modern, flexible housing units are developed in sync with project timelines—ensuring workers have access to affordable, dignified housing from day one. This also supports rural site development by bringing the workforce closer to the job.

Apprenticeship & Reentry Training

Career Pathways for Everyone

JobsFlorida partners with local employers, training providers, and reentry organizations to deliver hands-on apprenticeship programs and reentry workforce support. These initiatives focus on trade skills, construction, agriculture, logistics, and energy—ensuring each site is not just staffed, but sustainably staffed. Reentry programs help formerly incarcerated individuals transition into stable, long-term employment—building both communities and economies.

We believe workforce success goes beyond the job itself. That’s why JobsFlorida integrates wraparound services through partnerships with charter schools, community colleges, and on-site health providers.
